Residential Cleaning Specialist | Home Care Expert

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly pay range: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
• W-2 employee position (not contract work)
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Full-time, steady daytime schedule
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No nights
• No weekends

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Clean 2–3 residential homes per day with thorough attention to detail
• Follow clear, step-by-step cleaning systems and procedures
• Complete kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and detail work with care
• Track progress and stay on schedule throughout the day
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers
• Drive safely between homes during your shift
• Stay active and on your feet for most of the day

What You’ll Do

•Clean and maintain 2 to 3 residential homes daily with care and attention.

•Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.

•Provide friendly, approachable customer service.

•Drive between locations safely and efficiently during the day shift (8 AM - 5 PM).

•Communicate openly with your team and supervisors.

•Use a good working smartphone capable of downloading free apps for scheduling and communication purposes.

A Few Requirements

•Must be 18 years or older.

•Must have up-to-date auto insurance coverage.

•Must pass a criminal background check.

•Good physical health and stamina.

•Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

•Ability to follow rules and procedures consistently.

•Strong attention to detail.

•Comfortable interacting with customers, team members, and pets.

•Adaptable to frequent changes and able to drive regularly between homes.

•Must have a smartphone with capabilities to download and use free apps for work-related tasks.
